RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

There are certain instructions you must take note of when returning an item to Pelle Pelle Clothing. All returns are accepted within the 30 days’ time period after delivery. Once this timeline is over, we will not be responsible to any returns or refunds.
- Complaints about the item(s) can only be filed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any requests sent after that will not regrettably be entertained.
- Mention your name, order number, email address, attach photos of the product you have received and state the reason for return. Our sales representative will get back to you within 24-48 working hours to serve you in best possible way.
- Once you get the approval for return/exchange, we will provide you with our Warehouse address. Buyers are requested to send the package and share the Tracking Number.
- All returns must be made within 30 days.
- When returning, wrap the item(s) securely in its original packaging. All returned products must be free of marks and damage. If the items have reached you damaged, then immediately contact our customer support.
- The shipping costs of returning the product to Pelle Pelle Clothing are borne by the customer.
Be sure of the following criteria when intending to return or exchange an item(s):
- You have received the wrong size.
- The delivered item does not match the product image on the website.
- If the piece has any defects
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

- Always check your received product(s) for any flaws. Once returned the exchange/return process can be started immediately.
- Any coat or jacket that has signs of wear or removed tags will not be exchanged.
- The shipping costs of returning the product to Pelle Pelle Clothing are borne by the customer. The free shipping is only valid when the product is purchased.
Note: The exchange policy is not applicable for customized items. Each piece is made according to the measurement required by the customer hence it cannot be sold to someone else. Therefore, make sure to double-check the measurements before sending them to us for avoiding such circumstances.
