Refund and cancellation
Customer care is a matter of utmost importance to us at Pelle Pelle Clothing. We strive to satisfy all buyers by meeting the highest standards of service and quality. Our 30-day return policy makes this possible as it allows quick completion of the purchasing process. You will receive a full refund or exchange of items if the request is made within that time limit.Refund Policy
After an item is returned, it will take us the following 72 hours to receive and inspect it. A confirmation email will reach you within 7 business days in case of a refund. The refund mode will be similar to the one used for purchasing the item in the first place. It will take 10-45 days for the procedure to reach completion. This period also depends on how long it takes your bank to settle the transaction.
Customers can benefit from the return /refund policy upon:
- Receiving wrong or defective items
- Damage during shipping
- Order seems to have undergone tampering
Please also note that customized products cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances. They are specially made according to the size or preference details you require. Therefore, it is impossible for us to sell them to another customer.

If you want to cancel your order, please submit your request within the first 48 hours following the order. It will be possible for you to gain a full refund this way. Our customer support is prepared to see to your requests on Live Chat, WhatsApp, and email.
In case the 48-hours are up, 35% of your total paid amount will be deducted. Cancellation requests submitted 5 days before item delivery will receive a 50% deduction.
Please do not expect us to cancel an order five days after the confirmation. The same applies if the order has been dispatched. Under these circumstances, you can instead use the 30-day return and return/refund policy. It is much more feasible for you and our logistics. Simply ship the item back to us and we will fully refund you.
